This Personal Data Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”) in order to inform you about the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data and your rights under the KVKK.
As NURTEKS CARPET INDUSTRY AND TRADE ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Company” or “we”), as the data controller, we process your personal data in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation within the scope described below.

Your personal data is obtained by automated methods if you fill out the offer forms on https://www.revolution.nurteks.com.tr/, https://carpetforhotels.net/.
- PURPOSES and LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the LPPD. Our purposes for processing your personal data and the legal grounds we rely on are given below:

- TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ABROAD
If the server of your e-mail address is located abroad, personal data will be transferred abroad. If you do not consent to the transfer of personal data abroad, please make sure that the servers of your e-mail address are located in Turkey.
Your personal data will be shared with our service provider, whose servers are located abroad, limited to the reasons of from which source the leads come from; determination of those who turn into sales from the leads and making reports specific to these determinations; management of offers and orders.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data.

- To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the data subject by analyzing the processed personal data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage.
